Weekly List

One more thing for today. I just wanted to say that I love lists. Lists help me organize my thoughts into coherent ideas and actions. So I wanted to try filling out a weekly list every Monday. These will be general questions/statements that will be slightly different every week. I encourage others to fill them out too, because this is just a great way of figuring out where you are at the beginning of a whole new week. =D

*Le List*
1. Mood?
My mood is pretty relaxed at the moment. I think I'm trying to escape the reality that is school life, and just NOT think about all that needs to be done. Shoo shoo responsible hard-working thoughts!

2. Are you a morning or a night person?
Um... this depends on how long I put off my school work. If I moderately put it off, I'm a night person because I will do everything until the birds start squawking at dawn. However, if I am in an incredible funk, I will actual go to sleep and then wake at like 3-4 in the morning and just do everything then. I definitely like to test my limits under pressure. Such a bad habit really. *sigh*

3. What is your favorite thing to do on Saturday night?
I'm going to sound so pathetic, but I love to sleep. I seriously think I may have been a cat in my past life. My record for longest nap (or coma) was 28 hours. THIS IS NO JOKE! Ask moja mama. She can voche for me.

4. What is the one thing you miss about being a kid?
I miss playing pranks. Me and my friends were such trouble makers. I remember all the things we used to do (throwing water balloons from my window, planting fart bombs in the bushes, ding-dong ditch, prank phone calls, and other general foolishness) and I really miss all that general fun-spirited mayhem.

5. What's your favorite color (this very moment!)
Right now it has to be a goldenrod yellow. But my favorite color changes so quickly that you may get another answer in 5 minutes. =)

6. Fiction or Nonfiction?
Fiction all the way! I've never come across any decent nonfiction. I love novels, plays, poetry, anything completely fabricated from nothing. Most non-fiction that I've come across has been dry and dull. However, if someone wants to make an argument for nonfiction and suggest something good, I'd be willing to listen. I need to read something good.

7. Your favorite pet?
I had a number of pets, mostly goldfish. However, my favorite had to Sam the Hamster. She was so sweet to me, despite all the abuse my brothers heaped onto her. She died on Christmas Eve when I was in Poland ='(

8. Secret Hobby?
... I collected stamps quite avidly when I was younger... DON'T JUDGE! My aunts were huge collectors, so they gave me their old collections. I still have the stamps at home and while I don't collect them anymore, I like looking at them everyone in a while.

9. What was your dream job growing up?
A florist. There was a flowershop on the corner of my house growing up and I would always go visit and help out when I was younger. The owner was this old Polish lady that I called babcia (grandmother). I always helped water the plants, sweep up and make bouquets. I still think I could do a better job at wrapping flowers then most deli/flowershop workers here in the city. =D

10. GOALS!
MUST CATCH UP ON HOMEWORK! I am planning a major study fest and reading period this week! I must must must do more work!
